Assembly and Fabrication

Our assembly capabilities include assembling of plastic parts, attachment of metal frameworks and fixings. Applying labels and decorative finishes.
The processes include Hot Line Bending, Adhesives, Sonic Welding, Hot Rod Welding, Riveting and other mechanical fixings.

A greeting card display rack, this consists of a moulded part with extrusions and metalwork attached by rivets and self adhesive tape.

This back box is made from 5 components and assembled at WP. Using mirrored materials the parts were assembled using a mixture of sonic welding and adhesives.

Waterproof cover made from two mouldings with rubber extrusion and metal fasteners riveted on. One moulding is resin filled for rigidity.

Air duct manufactured from three parts bonded together to make an air tight assembly.
