Quality Policy

It is Wokingham Plastics’ policy to provide its’ customers with a manufacturing service characterised by high standards of consistency, product conformance and communication, and in so doing, building / maintaining our reputation for these attributes with our customers and within our peer group.

Staff at all levels have a duty to ensure that the quality of information which they provide to the ‘Internal Customer’ is of a high order, and in turn with the correct information in our systems, our factory will produce goods to the correct specification and standard.

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for the Quality System, but the routine duties of the Q.A. functions are controlled by the Project Manager.

All employees have access to the Quality Manual, and have their duties explained to them by either the Managing Director, the Project Manager or the Line Manager upon commencement of employment or change.
